Brew instructions

We drink this one as espresso.

Step 1
Heat water to 195 to 200°F (90 to 93°C)
Step 2
Grind medium for drip, a little coarser for press
Step 3
Use a 1:15 ratio, 1g coffee to 15g water
Step 4
Pour slowly and evenly
Step 5
Brew for 2.5 to 3 minutes
Step 6
Drink it fresh

Pulling espresso? Aim for a 25 to 30 second shot.
Want more intensity? Grind a touch finer.
Pairs well with milk for a creamy, balanced cup.
